Xbox Series X & Series S Skins: Complete Customisation Guide
Series X, Series X Digital Edition and Series S are separate console designs. This guide helps you choose the right precision-cut skin, understand the available panel options and match your controller or headset to the console.
Choose your Xbox
Xbox Series X
The tower-style Series X with disc drive uses its own model-specific skin.
Xbox Series X Digital Edition
The Digital Edition has its own finish and panel layout, so use the dedicated product.
Xbox Series S
The compact Series S is a completely different console shape and needs its own template.
Why use an Xbox skin?
Keep the console shape
Vinyl changes the finish without fitting a bulky outer shell.
Choose individual sides
Supported products let you customise compatible front, back and side areas separately.
Cosmetic protection
Covered surfaces get an extra layer against light scratches, scuffs and handling marks.
Match the controller
Controller skins let you carry the same finish into the rest of the setup.
Series X and Series S are not interchangeable
The two consoles use different body shapes and skin layouts. Series X Digital Edition should also be ordered from its dedicated product rather than assuming the standard Series X skin is identical.
If you're unsure, use our Xbox model identification guide.
Customise individual console sections
Series X products offer compatible front, back, left and right coverage, while Series S offers top, bottom, front and back sections. The live product customiser is the final guide to the combinations currently available.
Xbox controller skins
Controller skins are available separately, including Series X, Series S and older Xbox One S controller products. See our controller skins guide for more detail.
