Can't see your model listed? Use a similar model with the same skin type for the basic fitting method. Panels and cut-outs may differ, so always use a skin made for your exact console. Clear skins require separate fitting instructions.

Before you start

Check the version

Confirm PS4 Pro on your order, rather than PS4 Slim or the original PS4. Identify the intended pieces in your selected coverage.

Power down

Switch off, unplug and let the console cool. Follow Sony's cleaning advice and keep moisture away from openings.

Prepare your space

Use a clean, stable surface and clean, dry hands. Watch the video first with your fitting instructions nearby.

Fitting your PS4 Pro skin

Use the video for exact positioning and order.

  1. Match each panel

    Compare the intended edges and openings before pressing. Do not stretch a piece to reach another panel.

  2. Apply progressively

    Follow the backing-removal method shown and smooth gradually without repeatedly pulling the adhesive.

  3. Finish the contours

    Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Do not use a heat gun or overheat the console.

  4. Check ventilation

    Keep vents, ports, buttons and the disc opening unobstructed. Inspect the panel edges before reconnecting.

Installation questions

Can the skin cover ventilation slots?

No. Fit vinyl only to its intended exterior surface and keep all ventilation clear.

What if a panel lifts or will not align?
