Check the version
Confirm PS4 Slim on your order, not the original PS4 or PS4 Pro. Identify the intended panels in your selected coverage.
Power down
Switch off, unplug and let the console cool. Follow Sony's cleaning advice and keep moisture away from openings.
Prepare your space
Use a clean, stable surface and clean, dry hands. Watch the video first with your fitting instructions nearby.
Fitting your PS4 Slim skin
Use the video for exact positioning and order. Only fit the pieces in your order.

Match each panel
Compare the intended edges and cut-outs before pressing firmly. Do not stretch vinyl to make an edge reach.

Apply gradually
Follow the backing-removal method shown and smooth progressively rather than pressing down a whole panel at once.

Finish shaped areas
Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Do not use a heat gun or overheat the console.

Check the openings
Keep vents, ports, buttons and the disc opening clear. Inspect the panel edges before reconnecting.
Installation questions
Will an original PS4 skin fit the Slim?
Use a skin made for your exact console version. A similar installation technique does not make different skin templates interchangeable.
