Match the Fold generation
Check Z Fold 2 on your order and identify each exterior piece. Keep unused pieces on their backing.
Clean and dry
Switch off and unplug the phone. Follow Samsung's cleaning advice and avoid moisture or pressure around the folding display and hinge.
Review the sequence
Use clean, dry hands and good lighting. Follow the video and supplied instructions for the intended fitting position.

Check exterior alignment
Compare the camera-area cut-outs and perimeter before pressing. Do not stretch a piece to make it reach an opening.

Apply one piece at a time
Use the backing-removal method shown and smooth progressively. Do not lay vinyl across moving sections.

Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Avoid excessive heat and pressure on either display.
