A little preparation goes a long way
Before you start
Identify the panels
Check Z Fold 7 on the order. Identify each exterior piece and leave unused sections on the backing. Do not confuse a skin with a screen protector.
Clean and dry
Switch off and unplug the phone. Follow Samsung's surface-care advice, keeping cleaning moisture away from openings and the hinge.
Work with care
Use clean, dry hands and a stable workspace. Watch the video before fitting and keep the supplied instructions nearby.

Use the video for the exact positioning and order. Fit only the intended exterior surfaces.

Align each piece
Check panel edges and camera cut-outs before pressing firmly. Do not stretch a piece to bridge a gap.

Apply gradually
Follow the backing-removal method shown and smooth progressively without repeatedly pulling the vinyl.

Respect the hinge
Do not bridge the fold or separate moving panels. Use gentle warmth only where the fitting instructions call for it.

Check the clearances
Make sure the skin does not obstruct the hinge, buttons, lenses, microphones or ports. Stop if an edge catches during normal movement.
Installation questions
Can I fit the skin across the fold?
No. Place each piece only on its intended exterior panel. Do not bridge moving sections or apply a body skin to the flexible display.
What if a panel looks different from the video?
Check your exact Fold model and coverage option. Shared technique does not mean different generations use the same skin.
