Before you start

Confirm the 2021 M1

Match the size, year and generation to your order. Leave unused pieces on the backing.

Clean and dry

Switch off and unplug. Follow Apple's surface-care advice and let fitting surfaces dry fully.

Support the tablet

Use a clean, stable workspace and good lighting. Avoid pressure on the screen or camera.

Fitting your 12.9-inch M1 iPad Pro skin

Use the video and supplied instructions for exact positioning and application order.

  1. Check the complete panel

Compare the camera opening and outside margins together before pressing firmly. Do not rely on the logo alone.

  2. Smooth progressively

Follow the backing-removal method shown and work gradually across the larger surface without touching the adhesive.

  3. Finish the edges carefully

Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Do not stretch a piece to fit or make the tablet hot.

  4. Inspect all openings

Keep speakers, microphones, connectors, controls and ports clear. Check that accessories do not catch the skin.

Installation questions

Does any 12.9-inch skin fit?

Match the exact generation as well as the size. A shared screen size or fitting method does not establish compatibility.

What if the panel looks misaligned?

Stop and check the model and orientation before pressing further. Do not stretch or cut the skin on the tablet.
