Check the mini fit
Confirm iPhone 12 mini, not standard iPhone 12 or another mini generation. Keep any unused pieces on the backing.
Clean the phone
Switch off and unplug it. Follow Apple's cleaning advice and allow the fitting surfaces to dry completely.
Prepare your space
Use clean, dry hands, good lighting and your supplied instructions. Watch the whole fitting sequence before you begin.

Check the cut-outs
Compare the camera opening and outer edges together before pressing. Do not stretch the skin to correct alignment.

Apply progressively
Remove the backing as shown, smoothing gradually and avoiding repeated contact with the adhesive.

Finish small corners
Take your time around narrow sections. Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed, never a heat gun.

Inspect the edges
Keep lenses, flash, microphones, buttons and ports clear. Do not force a case on if it catches the skin.
Installation questions
Will a standard iPhone 12 skin fit the mini?
Use a skin specifically made for iPhone 12 mini. Similar installation methods do not make different model skins interchangeable.
