Can't see your model listed? Use a similar model with the same skin type for the basic fitting method. Panel shapes and openings may differ, so always use a skin made for your exact console. Clear skins require separate fitting instructions.

Before you start

Check the version

Confirm Xbox One S on your order. Do not confuse it with Xbox One X or Xbox Series S. Identify the pieces in your chosen coverage.

Power down

Switch off, unplug and let the console cool. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning advice and keep moisture away from openings.

Prepare your space

Use a clean, stable surface and clean, dry hands. Watch the video with your supplied fitting instructions nearby.

Fitting your Xbox One S skin

Use the video for the exact panel positioning and order.

  1. Identify each panel

Check the outer edges and cut-outs before pressing firmly. Do not stretch the skin to reach a different edge.

  2. Smooth progressively

Follow the backing-removal method shown and work across the surface gradually, avoiding repeated lifting.

  3. Finish shaped areas

Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Do not use a heat gun or overheat the console.

  4. Check every opening

Keep vents, ports, buttons and any disc opening unobstructed. Check the panel edges before reconnecting.

Installation questions

Should vinyl cover the ventilation grille?

No. Fit each piece only to its intended exterior surface and leave all ventilation openings clear.

What if a panel does not line up?

Check your console version and the piece orientation. Do not stretch or trim it on the console. Our troubleshooting guide offers further help.
