There are thousands of phones, laptops, consoles, cameras, controllers and gadgets out there. We can't create a pre-cut template for every one of them.
Our vinyl sheets give you another option. Measure the surface yourself, create a template and cut the vinyl to fit your own device or project.
You can also use the sheets for completely original projects where a pre-cut XtremeSkins product simply wouldn't make sense.

These aren't generic craft stickers. They're sheets of the vinyl material used across our precision-cut XtremeSkins range.
The flexible material can be carefully positioned during installation, while gentle heat from a hairdryer can help it conform around suitable edges and curves.
Air-release technology helps trapped air escape during application, helping minimise bubbles and achieve a cleaner finished appearance.
Plan before you cut
Creating your own vinyl skin
Start by carefully measuring the area you want to cover. Creating a paper template first can make it easier to check the size, shape and position before cutting your vinyl.

4. Cut carefully using suitable tools
5. Clean and dry the surface thoroughly

What sizes are the vinyl sheets?
The sheets are available in 330 × 230 mm and 430 × 300 mm sizes. Measure your project before ordering and allow some additional material for positioning and trimming.
Are the vinyl sheets pre-cut for a device?
No. These are uncut vinyl sheets intended for customers who want to measure, design and cut their own custom skin or wrap.
Is this the same vinyl used for XtremeSkins device skins?
Yes. The sheets use the same type of premium vinyl material used to produce our precision-cut device skins.
Can I use the sheets for a device you don't make skins for?
That's one of their main uses. If we don't currently offer a pre-cut skin for your device, you can use a sheet to create your own template and cut the vinyl yourself.
Can the vinyl be used on any surface?
Not necessarily. Adhesion can vary depending on the surface material, texture, coating and shape. Smooth, clean surfaces are generally more suitable than heavily textured or uneven surfaces.
Can I reposition the vinyl while fitting it?
The vinyl can be carefully lifted and repositioned during the early stages of installation. Take care not to overstretch the material while adjusting it.
Can I use a hairdryer when applying the vinyl?
Gentle hairdryer heat can help the vinyl conform around suitable edges and curves. Avoid excessive heat and take particular care with heat-sensitive devices or surfaces.
Will the vinyl protect my device?
Vinyl can help protect covered surfaces against fingerprints, light scratches, scuffs and cosmetic wear. It is not designed to provide significant impact or drop protection.
Can I remove the vinyl later?
When removed slowly and carefully from a suitable surface, the vinyl is intended to peel away cleanly. Gentle heat can help soften the adhesive during removal.
