Can't see your model listed? Use a similar model with the same skin type for the basic fitting method. Cut-outs and alignment points may differ; always use a skin made for your exact device. Clear skins use the separate wet-fitting guide.

Before you start

Check the model

Confirm Pixel 8 Pro, not Pixel 8 or an earlier Pixel Pro. Identify each back, side and camera-area piece supplied.

Clean and dry

Switch off and unplug your phone. Follow Google's cleaning guidance, keep moisture away from openings and let the fitting surfaces dry.

Prepare your workspace

Use clean, dry hands and good lighting. Keep unused pieces on the backing and your fitting instructions nearby.

Fitting your Pixel 8 Pro skin

Use the video for the precise positioning and application order.

  1. Check the camera area

Compare all cut-outs and edges before pressing firmly. Do not stretch a piece to reach a lens or sensor opening.

  2. Work gradually

Follow the backing-removal method shown and smooth progressively, avoiding unnecessary contact with the adhesive.

  3. Finish the curves

Use gentle hairdryer warmth only where instructed. Do not use a heat gun or make the phone hot.

  4. Inspect the finish

Keep lenses, sensors, flash, microphones, buttons and ports clear. Check that a case does not catch the skin's edges.
