Check the Pro model
Confirm iPhone 11 Pro on your order, not standard iPhone 11 or Pro Max. Keep unused pieces on their backing.
Clean and dry
Switch off and unplug your phone. Follow Apple's cleaning guidance and let all fitting surfaces dry, keeping moisture out of openings.
Prepare to fit
