Which Samsung Phone Do I Have? Identify Your Galaxy Model

1. Read the model information, not the nickname

In About phone, look for the model name where shown and the Model number field. Samsung's official identification instructions confirm the Settings route; some older devices put further information under Status.

The name shown when pairing by Bluetooth can be edited. Samsung explains this in its device-name instructions. A nickname such as “Lee's phone” is not evidence of which model you own.

Copy the model information exactly, including the numbers, letters and any suffix. A product simply described as “Samsung Galaxy” is not specific enough for a precision-cut accessory.

2. Keep the model name and model number together

The model name is the familiar wording used in our selector, such as Galaxy S25 Ultra. The model number is the manufacturer's code. Samsung distinguishes this from the serial number and IMEI, which identify an individual device rather than just its model.

When you only have a code, use it to find the matching entry on Samsung Support, or send it to us before ordering. Do not guess a product from a few matching digits.

Cannot get into Settings?

Check the original packaging or your purchase paperwork, making sure it belongs to this handset. Samsung says the model code may also be printed on the device and can be available in Samsung Members for a registered product.

For a second-hand phone, treat a loose box or an old listing as a clue rather than proof. Ask the seller to confirm the exact model. Do not prise open a sealed phone or remove a non-removable battery just to look for a label.

If the name is still uncertain, stop before ordering. A quick check is much better than discovering that a beautifully chosen finish belongs to a different phone.

3. Pay attention to the whole name

When selecting a skin, the extra part of a Samsung model name matters. Use this checklist to avoid choosing a neighbouring product.

A skin is not a universal sticker that stretches between models. Similar colour, a similar number of cameras or a shared generation name is not a fit confirmation.

Keep distinctions such as 4G and 5G in the information you send us. If the listing does not clearly address your version, check before ordering rather than assuming the difference is only internal.

4. Choose the product that matches your phone

Once you have confirmed the complete model name, open the relevant group below. These are links to separate skin products, not a promise that one template fits the entire range.

Before you add the skin to your basket

Check the product title once more, then review the supplied pieces and the options in the customiser. Confirm the coverage first; choosing a colour does not change which phone the template fits.

Full Colour gives a coordinated finish across the supplied sections. Where the Custom option allows it, individual sections can have different finishes. Screen protection, side pieces and camera-area options depend on the exact product.
