The case does the enclosing
CustomX surrounds the phone with a protective case design rather than relying on a thin layer of vinyl alone. Protection still has limits: no case guarantees against every drop or impact.
The skin changes the finish
The decorative skin is cut for the outside of this CustomX case. It is a different template from the direct-to-phone S24 Ultra skin. Choose the correct product for where you plan to apply it.
We do not recommend putting a phone skin underneath this case, as the added layer can affect its fit. Start with the bare phone and use only the case-specific decorative finish on the exterior.
Naked, understated or full of pattern.
Choose Naked to keep the case free of a decorative skin. Textured Matt colours offer a low-shine finish; Black Carbon, Brushed Metal, Wood and Black Leather provide different surface styles. Printed designs such as Doodles, Vintage Floral and Onyx make the artwork the feature.
Select the actual Style offered above rather than assuming separate panel colours or a custom image upload are included. The photographs show finish examples; your chosen S24 Ultra case configuration determines the product supplied.
MagLock without the guesswork.
The case includes magnets for alignment with compatible magnetic charging accessories. Check the charger and phone requirements separately: the case does not supply a charger, add a charging standard or guarantee a particular charging speed.
Keep the phone seated correctly and follow the instructions for the case and charging accessory. Do not force an incompatible accessory into position.
Tempered glass is optional.
Choose Yes under Add 2 x Tempered Glass to include that option, or No for the case configuration without it. A decorative case skin is not a display protector. Fit any selected glass using its own instructions.
Get the case and finish fitted correctly.

Check that the case is labelled for Galaxy S24 Ultra, not another model.
Prepare
Check that the phone and case are clean and free of trapped grit. Do not add a phone skin underneath.
Personalise
Fit any separately supplied decorative case skin using its own instructions, aligning it without stretching.
Check
Seat the phone properly and check the buttons, openings and any selected tempered glass.
Use a soft cloth to care for the decorative finish and avoid picking at its edges. For replacing a case skin, consult the skin removal guide and the case-specific instructions. Do not use phone wet-fitting advice as instructions to soak a case.

No universal fit is promised. The skin is cut for the S24 Ultra CustomX case, not a different case brand or the bare phone.
Is tempered glass included automatically?

Does MagLock mean a charger is included?
No. The case includes magnets for compatible accessory alignment. The charging accessory and its compatibility must be checked separately.
