The protective case
CustomX surrounds the phone with a case rather than relying on thin vinyl for protection. It offers a different approach from a skin alone, although no case guarantees against every drop or impact.
The decorative case skin
The skin personalises the case exterior. Its template is different from the S25 Ultra direct-to-phone skin. Choose the case-specific product rather than trying to adapt a phone wrap to fit.
We do not recommend applying a phone skin underneath this case, because the additional layer can affect its fit. Start with the bare phone and keep the decorative CustomX finish on the case exterior.
Pick the surface you will enjoy using.
Textured Matt colours give the case a low-shine appearance. Black Carbon and Brushed Metal create a more technical look, while Wood and Black Leather change the feel of the exterior. Doodles, Vintage Floral and concrete-style finishes show three different alternatives to a plain case.
The Style selector shows the current choices, including Naked. This product is not an invitation to upload custom artwork or configure every panel independently: select the actual style and extras available above.
MagLock alignment. Compatible accessories.
The case includes magnets for alignment with compatible magnetic charging accessories. Check the charging accessory and phone requirements separately. A case does not supply a charger, add a charging standard or guarantee a particular charging speed.
Keep the phone properly seated and follow the instructions for the case and accessory rather than forcing an incompatible attachment into place.
Choose the tempered-glass extra.
Select Yes under Add 2 x Tempered Glass to include that option, or No for the case configuration without it. Decorative case vinyl is not display protection. Fit any selected glass using its separate instructions.

Check the model
Confirm that the case is labelled for Galaxy S25 Ultra, not S24 Ultra or another phone.

Prepare the phone
Check the phone and case are clean and free of trapped grit. Do not add a phone skin underneath.

Fit the finish
Use the supplied instructions for any separately supplied decorative case skin, aligning it without stretching.

Check the setup
Seat the phone properly and check button access, openings and any selected tempered glass.
Use a soft cloth to clean the decorative finish and avoid picking at its edges. Follow the skin removal guide and the case-specific instructions when replacing the finish. Phone wet-fitting advice is not an instruction to soak a case.

What is the Naked option?
It is the case without a decorative skin finish. Choose a listed colour, texture or design for a skinned case option.
Can I use a phone skin underneath?
We do not recommend it, because the extra layer may affect fit. Apply only the correct CustomX skin to the outside of the case.
Does a CustomX skin fit the bare phone?
No. The case skin has its own template. Use the separate S25 Ultra phone-skin listing for direct-to-phone coverage.
Is tempered glass included with every case?
No. It is an optional extra included only when you choose Yes under Add 2 x Tempered Glass.
Is a wireless charger included?
No. The case has MagLock magnets for compatible accessory alignment. Choose and check any charging accessory separately.
